Training Management

My Training Passport employee data can be managed in two ways:

One: By the companies themselves, perhaps with personnel already focused on delivering and meeting the training needs of the organisation.

Working alongside your team, we can upload or assist in the transferring of your training data on to the system. Whether this is just 1 employee or 1000, our team will have you up and running as quickly as possible.

Portal management training is provided to those who will be managing the day to day system and ensure everything is configured to meet your needs. We can also provide "Tool Box Talks" to users of the system so they understand how it all works.

Once up and running we are then on hand to support and assist whenever required.

Two: By using your existing training provider or one of our select training providers from around the UK. As part of your monthly subscription our partners are equipped to manage your account on a daily basis and ensure that all your training needs are met, courses booked on your behalf, at agreed rates and at locations to suit you. Literally your own dedicated training department at a price to suit your budget.
